It has come to the attention of a few that for some reason i can not stop training on hills!! I am fortunate to live close to some crackers and although this will stand me in good stead for LEJOG, i need to keep the heart rate down and just get the miles in.
A difficult 32 miles yesterday over 2 cat 3 climbs, my lungs told me i should have used the time wiser, as did big bruv!!

Last week was better for training, 3 hour long sufferfest turbo sessions and 32 miles. Lets keep it up but stay of the hills!
